Anti cellulite: lipomassage at home

Based on a technique aimed at stimulating the epidermis in depth and eliminating fat cells, lipomassage offers a rather pleasant alternative. It is a mechanical massage technique performed by a machine equipped with independent motorized rollers. These will gently suck the skin on different parts of the body, depending on the area to be treated. The goal ? This deep massage provides very targeted actions:

  • it reactivates the lymphatic and blood circulation;
  • it smoothes, firms and tones the skin by promoting the production of collagen and elastin;
  • it acts directly on the watery, adipose and fibrous cellulite (this one will however be more difficult and longer to make disappear);
  • it refines the silhouette.

Lipomassage can be practiced by different qualified professionals (physiotherapist, esthetician or even osteopath). If it is done well and if the technique is mastered, it should normally remain painless. Depending on the areas to be treated, it is advisable to take at least 6 sessions: each of them costs on average 50 euros and lasts from 15 to 35 min.

First of all, the therapist submits to his patient a detailed questionnaire and then performs a personalized assessment. Both will make it possible to determine with precision the treatment to be proposed. He notes the measurements then he takes different shots of the areas to be treated: the improvements will thus be easier to assess and quantify as in our lipomassage test.

This treatment is really good! In a few sessions, it shows remarkable results where restrictive and difficult to follow regimes are generally ineffective, even dangerous.

Lipomassage differs from all other slimming techniques thanks to its two strong points. On the one hand, it works in very localized areas and, on the other hand, it offers targeted actions. Indeed, it drains, smoothes, firms, models and sculpts.

Lipomassage at home

However, the lipomassage sessions in an institute remain quite expensive and restrictive (organization of the timetable, making an appointment, comfort that can leave something to be desired ...). To avoid these inconveniences, it is possible to make your own lipomassages yourself. The price of the machines is very variable and accessible to all budgets.

When you can enjoy the comfort of home, no need to impose long massage sessions: a few minutes a day are enough to see visible results. Quickly, the skin is more toned and firmer, the orange peel appearance fades and the epidermis appears smoother. It would be a shame to deprive yourself!

Lipomassage is effective if…

It is not a miracle cure: used alone, it is simply useless. Indeed, this slimming technique is only effective if it is part of a healthy lifestyle.
