In practice, from April, a first increase of 30 euros will occur, followed by further increases of 35 euros in January 2019 and then 2020. The annual revaluation - the aid is indexed to inflation - will also be advanced from April to January in 2019.
As a reminder, ASPA is a "differential" service: it supplements resources until they reach the ceiling. To receive it, you must be at least 65 years of age (60 in the event of incapacity for work) and request it from your pension fund (the town hall if you do not receive a pension). With this revaluation, the ASPA should increase for 550,300 beneficiaries, and count 46,000 new beneficiaries.
