A beautiful exotic caramelized meat in the oven

700 g pork loin
1 to 2 Victoria pineapples
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). Peel the pineapple, cut it in half and cut the halves into slightly thick slices, collecting the juice.
- Mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, pressed garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Put the pineapple slices and the meat cut into large slices in a dish. Pour the sauce over it.
- Put the meat in the oven and cook for 1 hour, turning the pieces 2 or 3 times so that they caramelize evenly. 15 min before the end of cooking, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
