- 6 Label Rouge farm chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- 2 sticks of lemongrass (or 1 organic lemon diced with its skin)
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1- Mix the oil, soy sauce, chilli and chopped lemongrass. Coat the chicken thighs abundantly with this mixture and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
2- Preheat the oven to 210 ° (th. 8). Place the chicken pieces in a dish, pour the marinade over it and put in the oven. After 10 minutes, lower the oven to 180 ° (th.6). Sprinkle regularly with the cooking juices, if necessary add a little water. Meanwhile, quickly brown the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
3- When serving, deglaze the sauce with 1/2 glass of boiling water and pass it. Pour over the chicken thighs and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
