To decorate your Christmas table, and treat your guests, prepare these chocolate stars and cocoa nibs.

- 125 g flour
- 100 g of soft semi-salted butter
- 50 g icing sugar
- 2 tsp. cocoa nibs (www.bienmanger.com)
- 2 tsp. 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 egg yolk
In a bowl, whisk together the icing sugar and the butter and add the sifted flour, cocoa and crane.
Add the egg yolk and knead the dough well. Spread it between 2 sheets of baking paper, reserve at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6). Using a cookie cutter, cut stars out of the dough. Bake for 10 min. Let cool before tasting.
