Crunchy shortbread

- 100g caster sugar

- an egg yolk

- 100g of butter

- 140g of flour

The realization

Step 1

Beat the caster sugar with 1 egg yolk until the mixture turns white.

2nd step

Then add the melted butter and add the sifted flour to obtain a thick paste. Let stand for 1 hour in the fridge.

Stage 3

Roll out the dough to 2 cm thick. Cut the cookies with a cookie cutter.

Step 4

Bake 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (th. 6). Decorate the cooled shortbread with pink frosting.
