Travel to Asia by preparing this curry with peas and shrimps.
Preparation: 10 min. - Cooking: 20 min.
The ingredients for 4 people)
- 20 fresh shrimps
- sunflower oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1kg of frozen peas
- 15cl of coconut milk
- curry powder
- white rice
Peel 20 prawns, leaving a tip of the tail.
In a pan with 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil, brown 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped with 1 kg of (still) frozen peas.
After 10 min., Add the shrimp, 15 cl of coconut milk and 4 tablespoons of curry powder.
Extend cooking 10 min. stirring regularly and serve with white rice.
