Douillons of pear with brown sugar

For 4 people. Preparation: 20 min. Cooking: 15 min.

2 pears

2 rolls of puff pastry

4 tbsp. brown sugar

The juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp. milk

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. (th. 6-7). Peel the pears, cut them in half and seed them. Lemongrass to delay oxidation.

Unroll a dough roll. Place the pear halves in it and cut the dough around the fruit, leaving a margin of about 5 mm. Sprinkle the pear halves with brown sugar.

Unroll the second roll, cut out pear shapes and use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to remove pieces of dough.

Cover the pear halves with these shapes, solder the edges well and bring some dough on top to form a stem. In the leftover dough, cut leaves and weld them to the stem.

Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Brush the dough with milk and put in the oven for about 15 min, until the dough is golden brown.

Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
