Melon, chorizo and mozzarella skewers
18 mozzarella balls
18 mint leaves
18 thin slices of chorizo
freshly ground pepper
Open the melon, remove the seeds and shape 36 melon balls using a Parisian spoon.
On each wooden pick, alternate 2 melon balls, 1 mozzarella, 1 mint leaf and 1 folded chorizo slice.
Pepper the skewers. Serve chilled.
Skewers of cherry tomatoes, coppa, strawberries and watermelon balls
18 cherry tomatoes
9 thin slices of coppa
fleur de sel, freshly ground pepper
Using a Parisian spoon, shape 18 watermelon balls.
On each spike, thread 1 strawberry, 1 cherry tomato, 1 watermelon ball and 1/2 slice of coiled coppa. Add salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
