Melon, chorizo ​​and mozzarella skewers

2 melons

18 mozzarella balls

18 mint leaves


18 thin slices of chorizo

freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1


Open the melon, remove the seeds and shape 36 melon balls using a Parisian spoon.

2nd step

On each wooden pick, alternate 2 melon balls, 1 mozzarella, 1 mint leaf and 1 folded chorizo ​​slice.

Stage 3

Pepper the skewers. Serve chilled.

18 strawberries

18 cherry tomatoes

9 thin slices of coppa

1/4 watermelon

fleur de sel, freshly ground pepper

Step 1

Using a Parisian spoon, shape 18 watermelon balls.

2nd step

On each spike, thread 1 strawberry, 1 cherry tomato, 1 watermelon ball and 1/2 slice of coiled coppa. Add salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
