Easy macaroons

Discover the recipe for making easy and very gourmet macaroons. It is promised, once launched you will not want to stop!

220 g icing sugar

130 g almond powder

3 egg whites (90 g)

30 g caster sugar

3 x 50 g raspberry, apricot and lime jam

green, pink and orange dyes


Step 1

In a food processor, mix together the icing sugar and the almond powder. Sieve through a very fine colander.

2nd step

Whisk the egg whites until stiff enough. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and continue to whisk for 2 minutes.

Stage 3

Gently fold in the almond powder mixture, then divide the dough into 3 and add the dyes.

Step 4

Put the 3 pasta in pastry bags and form about fifty small macaroons on two plates lined with parchment paper. Leave to dry for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Step 5

Preheat the oven on th 5 (150 ° C). Put the macarons in the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Let them cool and then peel them off. Assemble them 2 by 2 by garnishing them with a spoon of jam. Keep them cool 8 hours before tasting.
