As an aperitif, to change the traditional petit fours, serve these palm trees with Comté and curry.

The ingredients for 4 people)
- 1 roll of pure butter puff pastry
- 100 g of Comté
- 1 egg
- 2 pinches of curry
- freshly ground pepper
Grate the county. Unroll the dough and brush it with egg up to 1 cm from the edges. Sprinkle it with grated county. And curry. Starting from one edge, roll half of the dough towards the center, tightening well. Do the same with the other half. Reserve this roll in the freezer for 10 min to firm it up.
Preheat the oven on th 6/7 (200 ° C). Cut the dough roll into slices just under 1 cm. Store them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put in the oven and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the palms are golden brown. Serve hot or warm, for example with a glass of champagne or a mojito.
