From small cabbage to candy

ingredients

8 soft candies (strawberry, lemon, orange)

12 small puffs to garnish


50 cl milk

3 egg yolks

60 g sugar


50 g flour

Preparation

Step 1

Place a soft candy of the fragrance of your choice in a special microwave container and heat for 20 seconds at maximum power.

2nd step

Finely spread the melted candy with a rolling pin. Cut flowers and chop the rest of the candy. Repeat the operation with the other candies then reserve the candies chopped by taste.

Stage 3

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and stir in the flour. Pour the milk and mix well.

Step 4

Cook again over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stop cooking from the first broths.

Step 5

Divide the cream among three bowls. Add the chopped lemon candy in the first, the strawberry candy in the second, and the third with the orange.

Step 6

Place each cream in a disposable pocket, cut the end and garnish each cabbage by making a hole from the top. Place the flowers made in candy according to the scent of the pastry cream and enjoy.
