To choose it well, we must take into account our physical condition and the use we intend to make of it. Because there are several levels of resistance. The higher the resistance of the elastic, the more force will be required to perform the exercises. Beginners are therefore advised to use an elastic band with the lowest level of resistance to tone the body without hurting themselves.
