Duck is one of the gastronomic treasures that you envy in the southwest. We like to prepare it, marinate it and let it bake in the oven, spreading a delicious smell throughout the kitchen. Magret, confit, lacquered or smoked ... Duck recipes are numerous, so pick from our ideas to surprise the whole meal.
There are alliances of relatively indisputable flavors such as duck and fig. In general, duck lends itself rather well to sweet / savory dishes, lacquered in honey or in maple syrup and accompanied by cooked fruits (currants, oranges, chestnuts ...).
