Coconut punch, the exotic touch

Coconut lovers, unite! Coconut punch is without a doubt one of our favorite versions of this cocktail. Gourmet, rich in flavors, this drink is as delicious to drink as it is beautiful to look at ... Want to make it at home? Here is our recipe:

Preparation: In a salad bowl, mix 75 cl of rum and 75 cl of coconut milk. Add a can of condensed milk. Pour a dash of cane sugar, a vanilla pod, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 pinch of nutmeg and one of ginger then mix. Let cool for 30 minutes to develop the aromas. And enjoy chilled in a cocktail glass!

The alcohol-free punch, the healthy alternative

Often when we talk about cocktails, we think of alcoholic drinks ... However, mocktails are popular! Punch is no exception to this rule and there are many recipes without alcohol. Ideal for partying without risking a headache!

Preparation: Pour a liter of orange juice in a salad bowl and mix with a bottle of exotic fruit juice and a little cane sugar syrup. Squeeze a lime and add its juice to the bowl. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Pour the punch into cocktail glasses, add a few ice cubes and serve chilled.

The West Indian punch, a return to the origins

The West Indian punch is also called Planter. If it is very associated with the Antilles, its origin is however British and its current use comes from the consumption of pirates! Unlike the coconut punch, the West Indian version enhances exotic fruits such as bananas, pineapples and mangoes. The secret to a successful punch? Maceration time. On average, count 2 to 3 days for liberated aromas and a unique taste!

Preparation: Cut a mango, 1/2 pineapple, two kiwis and a banana into small pieces. Blend until a puree is obtained. In a salad bowl, pour the fruit puree, a bottle of orange juice, one of passion fruit juice, a squeezed lime, 70 cl of white rum, 1 pinch of four spices and a vanilla pod. Mix and reserve in the fridge for 3 days.
