This is the time, so much awaited, to revel in strawberries, our summer stars. Gariguette, Ciflorette or Mara des Bois: no matter the variety, you never get tired of tasting them plain, or simply topped with a little powdered sugar ... But also in carpaccio, in a macaroon or in granita to cool off with to taste. Be careful, it is sometimes difficult to stop!

We fly to a sandy beach by the sea with exotic fruits, which remind us of cocktails sipped under coconut palms… Mango, coconut, and passion fruit give our creams, our Bavarians and other pavlovas Creole accents. In short, desserts that change! Special mention for the pineapple, sweet and tangy at the same time, as good in pieces as simply fried!
Since it is soon the season and it does not last long, we have fun with apricots, nectarines, peaches, mirabelle plums and brugnons, it's so good! We eat them stuffed, poached, or even grilled ... In addition, they are the allies of a fresh and rosy complexion, no need for blush to look good!
