1) Peel 4 plantains. Cut them into thick slices and cook them for a few minutes in boiling water.
2) In a sauté pan, melt 1 clove of garlic and 3 cm of chopped ginger in 1 drizzle of oil. Add 2 tbsp. green curry, 30 cl coconut milk, 1 tsp. nuoc-mâm and a few slices of chilli.
3) Mix, then immerse the drained bananas in it and simmer 5 min. Sprinkle with Thai basil and serve with rice.
