Quick and easy: the recipe for a soft mascarpone cake

For a snack or an improvised dessert, we often look for a cake that is easy to prepare. With this super easy recipe (which only requires 40 minutes to cook), everyone agrees. Mascarpone is an Italian cheese, prepared with whole cream. It is therefore quite fatty but also very creamy, perfect for the famous tiramisu! A real advantage to prepare a soft and melting cake in the mouth.

Ingredients :

100 g mascarpone
100g caster sugar
2 eggs
100g of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
A little icing sugar

Recipe :

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the sugar. Add the two eggs, then mix with an electric mixer to have a smooth batter. Add the flour little by little while continuing to beat. Pour the sachet of yeast, mix.


Butter a bundt cake, charlotte or even a savarin pan. Pour the preparation, and bake 40 minutes at 190 ° C.

Let cool a few minutes before turning out. Cover with lace sugar before serving.
