4 potatoes

1 semi-dry goat's log


2 slices of raw ham

A few sprigs of parsley

The preparation :

Wash the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise. Place them in a gratin dish (baking), cut side up. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.


Take your log of goat cheese, cut beautiful slices.
