Recipes for a chic picnic

No need to go far: a corner of greenery or a terrace is enough for the happiness of a lunch on the grass. On the menu, a hodgepodge of very good things to taste with your fingertips. Everything we love !

Olive turnovers

Ready in 25 min.

The ingredients for 6 people:

- 2 pizza dough (Herta)


- 100 g pitted black olives

- 3 slices of Serrano ham, cut into strips

- rosemary


The steps to make olive turnovers:

Step 1 :

Unroll 2 pizza dough (Herta). Cut 6 rounds. Stretch slightly to form 6 oval cuts.

2nd step :


Scatter over 100 g pitted black olives and 3 slices of Serrano ham in strips. Sprinkle with rosemary. Fold the dough over this filling. Bake 15 min in an oven preheated to 230 ° C (th. 7/8).

Accompany with a hummus : 400 g canned chickpeas, rinsed, drained and mixed with the juice of 1 lemon, 1 clove of garlic, 4 tsp. sesame paste (tahini) and 3 tbsp. water. To garnish with chopped pistachios and mint leaves.

Quiche with two apples and sundried tomatoes

Ready in 50 min.

The ingredients for 6 people:

- 400 g small potatoes

- 1 shortcrust pastry

- 2 golden apples

- dried tomatoes

- 3 eggs

- 20 cl of cream

- 1 bunch of chives

- salt

- pepper

The steps to make a quiche with two sundried apples and tomatoes:

Step 1 :

Cook 400 g small potatoes 20 min in salted water. Drain, peel and cut into slices.

2nd step :

Unroll a shortcrust pastry. Prick the bottom with a fork. Fill it with the potatoes, alternating 2 sliced ​​golden apples and 6 dried tomato petals cut into very small pieces.

Stage 3 :

In a bowl, whisk 3 whole eggs with 20 cl of cream and 1 bunch of chopped chives. Salt and pepper. Pour into the bottom of the pie. Bake 30 min in the oven at 180 ° C (th. 6). Serve the tart warm or cold, cut in parts and sprinkled with chopped herbs.

Pastrami-cucumber sandwiches

Ready in 15 min.

The ingredients for 6 people:

- 1 cucumber

- 12 slices of sandwich bread

- butter

- mayonnaise

- 50 g arugula leaves

- 200 g of beef pastrami

The steps to make pastrami-cucumber sandwiches

Step 1 :

Rinse and wipe 1 cucumber. Cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely chop it.

2nd step :

Spread 12 slices of sandwich bread with a thin layer of butter and then mayonnaise.

Stage 3 :

Garnish 6 with 50 g arugula leaves, cucumber and 200 g beef pastrami (Casino Saveurs elsewhere). Cover with the remaining 6 slices of bread.

Step 4 :

Press to close each sandwich. Cut them in 2 diagonally. Wrap them separately in cling film and keep cool (in a cooler) until the last moment.

Fajitas tuna- vegetables

Ready in 20 min.

The ingredients for 6 people:

- 200 g of creamy fresh cheese (St Môret)

- 200 g natural canned tuna

- 1 C. old-fashioned mustard

- 3 fresh onions

- 1 bunch of chives

- 1 bunch diced dill

- 6 wheat tortillas

- 50 g arugula

- 1 yellow pepper

- 12 cherry tomatoes

- pepper

The steps to make pastrami-cucumber sandwiches

Step 1 :

Mix 200 g of creamy fresh cheese (St Môret) with 200 g of tuna in a natural can (well drained).

2nd step :

Add 1 tsp. old-fashioned mustard, 3 chopped fresh onions, 1 bunch of chives and 1 bunch chopped dill. Spread this preparation on 6 wheat tortillas.

Stage 3 :

Garnish with 50 g arugula, 1 yellow pepper in strips and 12 quartered cherry tomatoes.

Step 4 :

Add pepper but do not salt so that the vegetables remain firm. Fold each tortilla. Wrap each in cling film and keep cool (in a cooler) until the last moment.

Tonnato chicken

Ready in 30 min.

The ingredients for 6 people:

- 6 chicken breasts

- 1 lemon

- salt

- pepper

- 2 tsp. oil soup

- 125 g canned tuna

- 1 C. 1 tsp anchovy paste

- mayonnaise

- 10 cl of cream

- 40 g capers

The steps to make a tonnato chicken

Step 1 :

Drizzle 6 chicken breasts with 1 lemon juice. Salt and pepper.

2nd step :

Wrap each in cling film. Steam them for 20 minutes.

Stage 3 :

Remove their film then brown them in a pan in 2 tsp. oil soup.

Step 4 :

Prepare a mayonnaise with 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp. 1 tsp mustard, 10 cl of oil and 1 tsp. lemon juice.

Step 5 :

Mix 125 g of canned tuna in oil with 1 tsp. of anchovy paste. Add the mayonnaise and 10 cl of cream. Mix again.

Step 6 :

Garnish with 40 g capers. Serve the cold chicken cut in strips with the sauce in romaine leaves.

Cheesecake

Ready in 1 hour (+ 6 hours cool)

The ingredients for 6 people:

- 120 g speculoos

- 30 g of melted butter

- 500 g of fresh cheese (Philadelphia, St Môret or Kiri)

- 120 g of sugar

- 1 egg

- 1 C. 1 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 lemon fillet

- strawberries

The steps to make a cheesecake

Step 1 :

Mix 120 g of speculoos to reduce them in breadcrumbs. Mix 30 g of melted butter.

2nd step :

Spread this crumb dough into the bottom of a silicone mold. Refrigerate 15 min.

Stage 3 :

In a bowl, mix 500 g of fresh cheese (Philadelphia, St Môret or Kiri) with 120 g of sugar.

Step 4 :

Add 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp. powdered ginger and a dash of lemon. Pour over the cold hardened dough.

Step 5 :

Bake 45 min in an oven preheated to 120 ° C (th. 3). Let cool then refrigerate 6 h. Unmold and cut into pieces. Top each with ½ a strawberry. Taste very fresh.
