Salmon steaks with tapenade and pastis

Barbecues in summer, we love it! Try our recipe for salmon steaks with tapenade and pastis. It's the winning recipe for having a good time, and ultimately sharing a great meal with ease.

For 4 people

Preparation: 20 minutes


Cooking: 10 minutes

Expectation: 2 hours

  • 1 jar of good green olives
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1 tsp. canned green pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp. pastis
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. 1 tsp fresh oregano leaves

- Pit the olives and mix them with green pepper, pressed garlic, half of the pastis, oil and oregano.


- Take 2 good tablespoons of this tapenade, mix it with the rest of the pastis and spread on the salmon steaks. Put them in a dish, cover and let marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.

- Drain the salmon and cook it on the barbecue, about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with the rest of the tapenade.
