- 2 sea bream weighing approximately 800 g, flaked and emptied
- 1 lemon
- 4 Shallots
- Olive oil
- Fennel seeds
- Tarragon, thyme, oregano, fennel sprigs
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6 (180 ° C). Peel and chop the shallots. Fill the belly of the sea bream with half the herbs, half the shallots and a few fennel seeds.
2. Wash and cut the lemon into rings. String the sea bream with the remaining herbs and the lemon.
3. Place a few fennel branches on the baking sheet and place the sea bream on it. Add the remaining shallots and some fennel seeds, season, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake 30 min.
